Having sold the majority of plots in this popular city centre development, the developer was left with several higher premium units which remained unsold.

Role
The developer explored obvious solutions which fell short of statutory fire compliance.
JMDC was able to propose a solution with plans that reduced unnecessary restructuring, which together with the financials highlighted an uplift in the developments projected profit were consequently accepted.
