Background
The Penthouse was sold off plan to a premiership footballer. The fit out contract was awarded to a constructor who ultimately proved to be unable to meet the exacting standards that the project demanded. The delays and increased costs frayed relationships between client, developer and stakeholders.

Role
Troubleshoot and deliver the fit out to meet all stakeholders' expectations. Rebuild confidence and provide tangible costings and schedules enabling contracts to remain in place.
JMDC liaised directly with the client and architect to compile a detailed snagging and reparations list. We offered retrospective, value engineered, design-led solutions to the broad range of issues uncovered in order to achieve the architect's original look and feel, and to restore client confidence.
