Role
JMDC designed and implemented a full facelift to externals, including structural alterations, roofing and glazing with improvements to drainage and landscaping. The designs brought the property up to all statutory and regulatory compliance including conservation.
Communal areas were completely
re-modelled and communication and electrical services, lighting and connectivity were future-proofed.
